Title: [Task] Deactivate OTP and 2FA in Production Environment

Task Description

Disable One-Time Password (OTP) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) mechanisms in the production environment.

Acceptance Criteria

• Real OTP validation is disabled however code should be set 000000.
• 2FA enforcement is disabled. (Also email verification and forgot password reset link functionality are disabled. )
• Login and authentication flows work without OTP/2FA in prod
