📝 Description
Write the Executive Summary of the Final Milestone Deliverables wiki page. Six numbered sub-points are required by the template; each should be a short, honest paragraph backed by the project's actual state.
🎯 Goal
Give a reviewer a one-screen read that summarises where the project ended up, what shipped, what was learned, and what would have been done differently.
📦 Deliverables
Six sub-sections, each 1–3 paragraphs:
- Project Status Summary — overall outcome vs. original scope.
- Deliverable Status — which deliverables are completed / partially completed / missed.
- Final Release Notes — features delivered between MVP and Final Milestone (mentorship lifecycle, meetings, tasks, milestones, social feed, follow/unfollow, ban system, push notifications, etc.).
- Process Improvements — concrete process changes made after MVP (e.g. shorter iterations, earlier stakeholder review, vertical-slice delivery — see Lab 8 retrospective).
- Final Milestone Demo Reflections — what worked / what surprised the team during the demo (filled in after the demo).
- What Could Have Been Done Differently — at-project-start decisions in retrospect.
✅ Acceptance Criteria
📌 Notes
- Reuse content from the Project Retrospective wiki page for sub-sections 4 and 6.
- Don't repeat detail that lives in §4 (Progress Based on Teamwork) — that section carries the per-member and per-requirement breakdown.
