No longer picking up active sessions

I'm unsure of what setting changed, but after shutting down OBS and my PC for the night, when I started it back up the plug-in no longer captures ANY active sessions. Even those that were already being used previously, just do not work,

My OBS is 28.1.2 and haven't had any issues previously. I have also uninstalled the plug-in and reinstalled it as well.

Have the same problem. OBS Version 30.0.2

Are you on Win 11 or Win 10? In win 10 everythig on plugin is working for me as always. Check that there's no 5.1 ouput on OBS on, as the plugin can't handle the multichannel.
