Audio capture disabled

I've had this problem for 1 year, I don't know what I can do or what I should do. In the bar to select the program it doesn't let me display it, it doesn't let me do anything

bozbez no longer seems to update this plugin anymore, but Nyakowint has made a fork that solves a lot of the issues bozbez has no interest in fixing: https://github.com/nyakowint/win-capture-audio

i just found out that the issue come with the 3rd application
which is the nvidia broadcast 1.4.0.39
the lower version 1.4.0.29 will not make the audio gone
