[Feature] Add blackcap contributors #270
Description
I'd like to add our collaborators that contributed anatomical knowledge and annotations to the Eurasian blackcap atlas.
Opening this so we don't forget and can close brainglobe/brainglobe-atlasapi#314
Presumably not all of them have a GitHub account - we should ask whether they do, or whether they'd like to feature with a link to another page (like an institutional profile maybe?).
