Production suggestions? #785

Hi, this repo looks so great, but as the name suggests, it is a dev infrastructure, so I wonder if there are any suggestions if I want to have a production-level infrastructure with similar integrations in this repo. I'm gonna take a look at Terraform next, I know it's not anyone's responsibility to answer, but it'd be great if someone could help.
I just started building the K8s production setups. I target AWS EKS but am currently testing on my local machine with Kind. After integrating Grafana, I realized someone must have done all this kind of stuff, and I tried to search the helm chart with observability, found out timescale/tobs is no longer under maintenance, and finally found this repo.
