Sorry for being so absent on this repository. I've went through various pull requests, merged them in, and did a release as version 1.7.

The next version will be 1.8 and the repository is currently setup for 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT.

With the popularity of MCP servers, and the fact that they use JSON-RPC, i figured it was time to give this library some love. Please submit your pull requests.

@cyb3r4nt - thanks for all of your help so far. There is one more pull request that hasn't been merged, I'll rely on your guidance as to whether or not it should be included.

Sounds like a good idea!
Are updates allowed?
Spring 5.3 OSS support ended 2 years ago, 6.1 ends in 2 months, the baseline is JDK 17 for a few years already.
Is Java 8 still necessary?

I will review #285 soon and think about that validation of parameters with javax.Validation or jakarta.Validation.
It may be better not to merge #285, as it is, and propose some better integration of the validators.

Pull requests will be accepted :) I'll do more regular releases as well

👍 I'm glad to hear this! I used this library for production couple of weeks ago, when this project looks inactive, but I knew that MCP could bring it to life.
