Filter self from list of items that can be related to an application.

Currently all entities are being listed in the relationship palette limit this to, just for now, applications. Ensure that the application that we're looking at isn't available to relate to itself.

So you going to have to teach me what to do with this. Is it something I
can go test out? I got another email about the snapping for the entities
on the screen.
