Description of the bug
After update Windows 11 25H2 OS Build 26200.8524 , BrowserOS refuses to load. If I run the app, only a short cmd window appear, but the process failed to load and not visible in Task Manager. Even after clean reinstall of BrowserOS issue persists.

Update to Windows 11 25H2 OS Build 26200.8524
Open BrowserOS
BrowserOS fails to load

Additional Context
Previously BrowserOS was installed on previous version Windows 11.
After update, it failed to load.
Reinstallation did not improve condition.
There is no error printed before it dies even if I run from cmd.
There is also nothing in event viewer.
Clone of #1123 because issue still persist
