Twtxt with system python3.12: PEP668 related error during install by documentation

note: If you believe this is a mistake, please contact your Python installation or OS distribution provider. 
You can override this, at the risk of breaking your Python installation or OS, by passing --break-system-packages.
hint: See PEP 668 for the detailed specification.

Using pip install --user give same error. PEP668 breaks typical scenario of installing python apps:)

My workaround is to python3 -m venv twtxt anywhere for twtxt, activate it, make pip install twtxt within venv, then cd ~/.local/bin and ln -s /path/to/venv/bin/twtxt. In this case twtxt installed locally for user and works (except #194 bug)
