Find new languages and make issues.

Hi @bugOpsX !
I think along with creating issues for writing hello world in every language , we should add one more segment where we can task the contributors to write a counter program in the particular language , this will help them learn more about the language
also i will add issue for writing hello world in language not covered yet !
will that count as a contribution in hactoberfest (not necessarily i want it to , just asking )?

what i will do is , I'll start with creating 5 issues to write counter program in C++ , Rust , C , JavaScript and Python.
I will also add in the issue to create a Readme that describes properly how to run the program .
do add hacktoberfest tags to them

I saw your repo and i think that this repo has good traffic so its better to keep these issues here for new contributors , they'll have more issues at a single place to take up and solve

Classic, but always growing. Contributors can work on issues to create simple program like counters, calculators, and more in a new language, or improve an existing one with better documentation and guides. An easy and educational way to learn to contribute.

i was thinking to add more issues regarding
writing Temperature converter program in different languages
Simple calculator (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Guess the number game
Countdown timer / stopwatch
Random password generator
Simple note-taking app

also we need to decide on the folder structure .
where and how should the code be pushed ?
i think we should create a seperate folder for each program where we can allow pushing code for all languages
