Not always following my technical preferences

Hi, new to agent-os but enjoying the flow.

I have noticed that when creating a spec i get a technical-spec in subspecs, this doesnt contain all my tech-stack - just some.

When I then implement the feature elements of my tech are ignored, in this case it reverted to bootstrap ignoring my request to use tailwind.

any ideas on how i can tweak this behavior ?
