During the /implement-spec phase of development, I am no longer able to delegate tasks to subagents. This issue persists in two different projects of mine, and has been happening since last night.
I consistently receive the "Interrupted - What should Claude do instead?" message when the spec attempts to delegate during this phase.
I'm not sure if this is a Claude Code bug or an Agent OS bug, but I'm posting here to potentially receive guidance or help with the issue.
