brew cu has duplicate items

After executing brew cu, I found that there are duplicate items in the list. How can I troubleshoot it?

@rich1e I would always suggest to start with brew doctor.

You can also check the installed version using this:

ls -la "$(brew --caskroom)/quicklook-video"

To see if there any any duplicated folders or something.

This problem may not be reproducible as I reinstalled quicklook-video.
