Overview

The goal of the City SDK project is to streamline the creation of open data apps for cities. The areas of focus are: helper functions, GeoJSON support, interoperability, visualization, and open-source. Focus Areas

Meet Up

We're excited to host the first Civic Leaders Meet Up at 18F on Wednesday April 15th! Web conference info will be provided to accommodate remote attendees.

Topics for this meeting are:

This project was inspired by our friends in the EU who created a City SDK for Europe.

This project is led by the US Census Bureau in collaboration with other federal and local government entities, as well as private industry.
