Static AT guns spawns with no ammo, unreloadable. #57

Spawning the static gun via zeus or any other method spawns a AT gun with no ammo.
It is also impossible to reload it using any ammo sources or method.

The only exception seems to be the Flak 36.

/addons/reload/CfgWeapons.hpp Could this be the likely culprit, as this file would be erroneously overwriting the magazine entries for the weapons, if im understanding this correctly.
I'm really not sure how it has worked out because shouldn't this have been an issue earlier?

Tanks seem to be unable to reload either their MG or their cannon, with the same issue as described above.
From quick testing, the soviet tanks seems to be unable to reload their DT machineguns, and Allied/German tanks seems to be unable to load their cannon. The turrets do have ammo as checked with the magazinesTurret command.

Running without the compat mod gives the expected behavior.
