Pretty sure this is a server issue, not a pytoutv issue. Comparing the requests sent for S01E01 (which works) and S01E02 (which doesn't), the same requests are sent.
If it works in the mobile app, it's probably because the server issue doesn't affect the latest API, which pytoutv doesn't use. My guess is that if we were to test with an old enough mobile app version which use the old API, it wouldn't work either.
