I am trying to use Zwift with the Horizon 7.4AT-01 treadmill (this is an older version that appears to have Bluetooth but not FTMS?).

The qdomyoszwift app connects to the device but does not seem able to control the speed or incline. Additionally when I click start, the elapsed button ticks for 10 seconds before the app reverts to Stop.

I saw a forum post of someone that has this treamill and had it working?

There is a Horizon provided iOS app that does work and control these items via bluetooth so this must just be some kind of mapping issue?

Fwiw the nfr scanner on HORIZON_7.4AT 382D showed a FFF0 Service with characteristics FFF1, FFF2, FFF3, FFF4, FFF5

Thank you for your time.

Also, check to see what version of firmware you are running on the treadmill and then consider (not suggesting it!) upgrading to latest via Horizon's website.
