[docs]: 24.4 release does not document #5857 as a breaking change

#5857 was a breaking change for anyone that followed the previous example when developing a custom cloud-init module since it imports get_meta_doc which no longer exists.

I'm not sure if github allows this or not, but it may be worth updating the 24.4 release to indicate that #5857 was a breaking change if possible. The latest example has the get_meta_doc removed, so no changes needed there.

@cbascom Hey, thanks for the comment. We're actually going to add it in a new upstream release shortly which should address that.
