More context: snapcrafters/discord#233

After switching from core22 to core24, the Discord snap lost the ability to share specific windows. It can still share entire screens, but the selector for single windows no longer works. Just reverting to core22 without any other changes (https://github.com/snapcrafters/discord/pull/234/files) fixes it on both x11 and Wayland.
