Description
Issue raised by users of the omni-components. The specific use cases are as follows
When the select is rendered inside a modal and the components item list is expanded. The contents render within the boundaries of the modal it is expected that the item list renders over its parent component.
When the select components item list is toggled the component has a slight width size adjustment. This was demonstrated when the select component is rendered inside a modal scrollbars become visible for a brief second.
The expected outcome is to have the select components item list render outside/ above the parent component and remove the slight size adjustment that happens when the select component is clicked.
