AI label accessibility error, and explainer page update

In a dark themed masthead, the AI Label produces a dark-themed overlay, in which links render as blue 60 against gray 100, which does not pass accessibility.

On the explainer page:

It looks like you can produce a light themed overlay from a dark themed masthead:

But this does not seem to be possible.

Hi @frankscacalossi, I am not seeing where there is a Blue 60 link on a Gray 100 background, can you link to it or share a screenshot of it. If the explainability popover is using the Gray 100 theme then the link color should be using Blue 40 according to our theme tokens.

That image is incorrect though, the explainability popover would be in the dark them since it is triggered from the dark themed header.
