Site is not loading between for some time between 11:00 and 16:00 ect

Summary

The site is not fully loading for some time between ca 11:00 and ca 16:00 ECT.

Relevant information

I have reoccurring problems accessing the sites https://carbondesignsystem.com/ and https://angular.carbondesignsystem.com/ between 11:00 and ca 16:00 ECT.

For some time (like an hour or so) the site does not really load completely or a lot of entries and content are missing. The server get probably restarted or redeployed or something but it does make working with the design system a lot harder which is quite a shame because it is really nice.

It would help a lot if the restarts are not daily or when the outage is shorter.
