[BUG] Black on black input box when adding new tags

What happened?

When adding a new tag on iOS in Dark Mode, the input box is black on black.

It looks very similar to #364, which was resolved in 2025.

What should have happened?

Text should be in a colour that's visible against the background, as in other parts of the app.

How to reproduce

1. Go to any saved article
2. Click on the info button
3. Click on the tags
4. Add the button to a new tag

Does this happen every time?

Yes, every time

When did this start?

I've been running the app for a couple of weeks and noticed this only today. I don't create new tags very often.
