I exported the AE NEETS Framework from cass.miltrace.cassproject.org (an older version of CaSS) and imported to dev through the CaSS Editor using CSV. It looks the same in the editor on both servers, but when I try to use the Framework Explorer on dev to view it, I only get 47 of the 615 competencies.
