fix: update publications and regenerate CV PDF

Fix 3 incorrect DOIs (#66, #69, #70), 4 missing bold-name entries,
author name typos, and formatting inconsistencies in publications.md.
Add entry #70 (AI carbon footprint, 2026). Update CV build script to
resolve Hugo include shortcodes so the pipeline works with the current
site structure. Regenerate cv.pdf with all 70 publications.
