Can't update my modpack on CF due to bad actor on there

I can't update CC: Tweaked from modrinth because some fool decided to reupload it on CF and get it taken down

all I get is a rejection message

it was from some project called CC:Tweaked (Remastered)
the same version is on modrinth but I can't add it to my modpack because the launcher thinks it is an old rejected build from CF from that fake project
can you guys upload the original projects newer version back to CF
that way us modpack devs can actually use the correct builds from modrinth that are CF allowed
and yes the third party list does say CC:Tweaked is allowed but it won't work due to the bad actor's project still being somewhat in the ecosystem

Other modpacks (large ones too, like ATM) have been using the CF external mod download list without fail or issue. Please give that a try and let us know if it works for you.
