why after i changed the button but it still doesn't change the other key for me?

Did you make sure that the .txt file you created starts with an underline like me and is in the same directory as the .exe?

The .txt file should be called _ToggleButton.txt and has to be in the same folder as the .exe, see the screenshot below:
