README improvements

Should probably be simplified and move details into a docs folder ?

Some missing things:

• Proper listing of supported targets
• Brag about out of the box remote-exec
• Advanced usage docs with constraints ?
• Write about the differences with the approach of building against sysroots.
• Write about stubs generation for the glibc.
