Dockerizing and hosting

Thanks for this great tool! I'm currently able to host a local version of the app, run with pnmp run dev. Do you have any recommendations for dockerizing and hosting a version of Samui?

sharing a Dockerfile that seems to work for me

Thank you for sharing the Dockerfile. My apologies for missing your issue. Could you tell me the use case of having a local version since the app is entirely running in your browser?

I'd like to make small tweaks to the app on a case-by-case basis for users of our university genomics resource who want to share their datasets. I also wanted to simplify hosting and installation for administrators of our shared computational resources.
