Custom Cell Shapes

Hello,

Is it possible to designate custom cell shapes? Something like the following:

CellPose can generate .geojson files that contain polygon outlines for individual cells.

That's on the roadmap. We'll need to integrate tiling into the GeoJSON format in order to make loading a large amount of polygons tenable. Stay tuned!
