W3C Design Token Import & Export

To make Panda CSS more agnostic, I would love to have the ability to consume and export design tokens following the JSON W3C token spec, referenced in the Panda docs here ("Design tokens in Panda are largely influenced by the W3C Token Format").

My use case: use Panda CSS to drive design token generation, export tokens to be consumed and used in Tailwind projects.

We don't intend to support this for now. I'm pretty sure an LLM can write a simple script to transform from the W3C format to Panda.
