Update Collection Metadata to allow for more metadata

Problem: The collection metadata should allow for a match to CELLxGENE metadata. Right now it only has 2 possible entries.

Solution: Update the collection_metadata yaml to include:

• Contact (includes an email)
• Dataset description (not the abstract, focused on the dataset not the findings of the paper)
• Link (can have many associated)

Can you link to the part of the CxG schema that you'd like to match? Is it in https://github.com/chanzuckerberg/single-cell-curation/blob/main/schema/7.1.0/schema.md ?

So the CELLxGENE schema does not get the collection metadata. This is something I checked with Jason pretty early but it is outside of the schema in their collection process. He recommended that we put it in our schema based on their experience but I am double checking with him.

ah got it (I misunderstood the word "match" in the issue description) - putting this in the OPS schema makes sense to me
