Certificate of Course Completion for CHAOSS Education

We need a Certificate of Completion for CHAOSS Education. It will be uploaded on the education platform for all learners
This certificate will be issued at the end of course category completion.

The CHAOSS founders should sign it, so we upload and regenerate it.

The design is now available as a template. And the name can easily be updated.

@iamkingsleey Thanks so much for doing this! We talked about it in the Education WG, and we were wondering if we could make CHAOSS a bit more obvious. There are 2 things that I think would help:

1. Add the CHAOSS logo - maybe in the top left corner?
2. Instead of "Certificate of Completion", maybe it could say, "CHAOSS Education Certificate of Completion"
