Support grouping of unreleased changes #118

Currently when the next version is not specified, the unreleased section will be created as a list.

There should at least be an option to group the changes so that users can get an idea of the type of release that is coming up.

In fact there is another option that could address this, just use the "drafted" release from github.

I have being using release drafter to manage the releases but I still like the idea of using this tool in order to produce the changelog.
