Feature request: watch folder

Loving Buzz! Thank you for this easy to use implementation of Whisper.

Feature request:

Watched folder.
When new audio files appear in the watched (source) folder, they are automatically transcribed using default settings.
Upon completion, the audio file and transcript are moved to the (destination) folder specified in Settings.

I have Dragon AutoTranscribe Folder Agent set up like this.
Seems like an ideal setup for Whisper as well.
