Add tts support to convert transcript to speech with some open source TTS model

It would be great to add TTS support. Like after transcript generation we could be able to make the program speak with open source TTS model which can pretty useful for example we are translating japanese audio from video to English and converting it to English transcript and making it speak with TTS model which supports English so that we can directly listen too what was said instead of reading and there are some open source TTS which I don't remember exactly but I have seen some video on that so this can be great addition to this project
