`Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')`

• What is the current behavior?

When I run "SPGo: Configure workspace", I get:

• OS and Version: MacOS Monterey 12.6
• SharePoint Location (Online vs. On Premise): n/a
• Authentication Type (e.g. Digest, NTFS, ADFS): n/a

This happens when the user has no folder open in VS Code! Which is an obvious mistake but still a confusing output by spgo.
