Readme를 영문으로 제공하면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Why is this needed
국제화 차원에서 (외국인에게 소개하기 위해서) 는 영문 중심의 저장소가 필요할 것으로 보입니다.
대문에 해당하는 Readme 정도는 영어로 작성되면 좋을 것 같습니다.
