No API key for individual users

So when I open an organisation, I can access the edit page to copy the API key for setting up a GitHub webhook.

When I open my user, however, this edit menu is page and I can't find the API key.

Also, it would be handy if together with the secret one could copy the payload url GitHub is supposed to hit on new commits.
