Downloaded Zip File

I am a new to this so please bear with me. When I attempt to open the files after extracting them I get an error message

Compressed (Zipped) Folders Error
Windows cannot complete the extraction
The destination file could not be created

Any assistance with this would be gratefully

appreciated.
