Hi,My English is poor.
I just wanna to ask that I'm not pass these two tests about arc_replacer as followers:
ArcReplacerTest.TargetSizeAdaptUpTest and ArcReplacerTest.TargetSizeAdaptDownTest in GradeScope.
would you like to supple revelvant source code about these two tests?
