Minor improvement suggestions for signal discovery app

A couple of suggestions to improve the user experience on the signal discovery app:

1. Ability to sort + filter tables by columns similar to Excel / RStudio UIs
2. Ability to filter by temporal scope on sidebar (this could be start / end dates, but perhaps the most relevant thing for practitioners would be to filter to ongoing signals)
