Write the getting started with coala tutorial in a jupyter notebook.

Rewriting it in jupyter, will allow us to add comments and actually let the users execute the code locally. It would be a more interactive and immersive experience for user.

Maybe we can include it already with coala and invoke it with coala tutorial maybe.

Thoughts @Adrianzatreanu ?

I am not sure this can be done. coala is a cli tool, everything is printed to a console. Then again, I am not sure of the possibilities of Jupyter Notebooks. 😄

AFAIK jupyter prints whatever is printed to STDOUT. @SanketDG

But you can't run CLI commands in Jupyter.
I don't get this.
Is this the "How to use coala" ? or "How to write a Bear" ?

Writing a bear makes sense as that involves Python.
Using coala may not make sense, as you'd have to tell users to do coala.main(["-b", "BearName", etc.]) OR subprocess.call(["coala", "-b", "BearName", etc.])and weird things like that which is confusing
