Start up loading page before js scripts loading #1210
Description
Cocos2d-JS should provide a start up loading page, for now, we can see something only after all js scripts get loaded, then the LoaderScene become visible. Sometimes, the js loading process is very long and we should let gamer know something is going on and not leave the page.
