Paste url over text to create link

In many editors (including Github), you can select text and paste (cmd-v/ctrl-v) a link, and it will convert the text to link text. This doesn't seem to work in editor.js, and I haven't found anything in the docs stating it is a feature.

1. Can someone confirm that this is not currently a feature of editorjs
2. Would the next best step be to submit a Github Issue as a feature request?
