Question is whether we actually want to additionally support project installation with just uv, or with an arbitrary command, i.e. rye add for example

We're still trying to figure out this one in context of pip-run as well. We'll need to figure out what is the user interface for selecting which installer and install methodology to use. Currently, pip-run and pip assume the user is installing into the same environment where pip/pip-run are installed. UV breaks this assumption so has a divergent methodology. We'll have to figure out which of these methodologies to support.
