Create new repo due to published package with name gitignore-builder

@colesnodgrass In case you are interested in the potential for the source to be part of a published package distributed through PyPI/conda-forge, would you be open to creating a new repo with a different name?

The reason for the new repo is that there is currently a package on PyPI named gitignore-builder.

I would be willing to contribute a pull request to make it installable through pip and pipx using the locally cloned repo, at least.
