Print summary dropdown does not default to the display currently being viewed #1908

Description

@mbutel

When a user has the Summary tab open with a specific display selected, clicking the export/print button opens a dropdown that defaults to the display from the user's last print action, not the one they are currently looking at.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open any record's Summary tab.
  • Use the on-screen display selector to switch to "Display A".
  • Click the print/download button.

Expected: the dropdown defaults to "Display A" (what's on screen).

Actual: the dropdown defaults to whatever display the user printed last. If they have never printed, it defaults to the first display alphabetically.

This is confusing in daily cataloguing work. A user browsing several displays in the Summary tab expects "print" to match what they're seeing, not to remember an unrelated print from days ago. The on-screen display reflects the user's current intent more reliably than their print history.

Observed in Providence 2.0.9.
