Issue with connection (Kvaser Leaf V3)

I am having an issue. Once I am connecting Kvaser Leaf 3 it is showing "Connected" but once I am doing any changes like Speed or Listen Only mode device is showing Not Connected. All drivers are installed. In Windows device manager device is showing under " CAN Hardware (Kvaser). Please advise. Thank you in advance

What qt plugin are you using for the Kvaser adapter?

I fixed this issue for slower serialbus devices like passthrucan plugin etc. which have a long time-consuming initialization.
